Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of the District to enter into an agreement with a single vendor to provide maintenance for existing IBM equipment and to co-term expiring warranty and maintenance equipment into this maintenance agreement. The systems are listed in Attachment A. Maintenance will be provided on an annual basis, except in those cases of current coverage expiring during the term of this agreement where it is expected that service will be provided for the remainder of the term and renew with the rest of the systems in July 2012.
