Through this request for qualifications process, the District desires responses regarding fees and services associated with Youth Intervention Counseling for Jefferson County School District No. R-1 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Request for Qualifications. The District desires to identify Service Providers who can meet the needs of students. Needs include but are not limited to geographic, culturally diverse, and linguistic (Spanish and other foreign languages).

The District desires to identify Service Providers Licensed by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) in Jefferson County interested in providing services for drug and alcohol screening, assessment and treatment options in the 2017-2018 school year and beyond for youth suspended for related violations or otherwise identified as in need of such services.
