Summary of Specifications:
Coal Mine Avenue/Coal Mine Drive Traffic Signal Installation (Plan Sheet 1) Traffic signal shall be installed at intersection with LED traffic signal and LED pedestrian (count-down) faces. Cabinet (336S), cabinet base and emergency vehicle pre-emption is to be included in the cost of cabinet installation. A new 170E, HC11 local controller with Wapiti software will be provided and installed. Telemetry equipment will be provided and installed by the contractor to allow intersection to be added to closed-loop signal communication system using an ENCOMM spread spectrum radio.
