DESCRIPTION: Funding for these purchases are federal funds from Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Project Title American Rescue Plan, award number 08CH012463-01-00, Assistance Listing Number 93.600. Jefferson County (the “County”), on behalf of Jefferson County Head Start, will acquire, and distribute laptop computing equipment for the purpose of providing employees the ability to work remotely and onsite to handle additional workload.
SCOPE
The purpose of this solicitation is to provide competitive pricing in the form of quotes for the equipment types listed within this solicitation. All equipment
is HP brand or an approved equivalent utilizing federal funding. Suppliers are responsible for review and understanding specifications outlined within this solicitation.
SUBMISSIONS & OPENING
The County will only accept offers through the Rocky Mountain e-Procurement System (RMEPS) Platform. No paper or late bids will be accepted. All preliminary tabulations, final tabulations and lists of respondents will be posted to the Platform when they are available to the public.
