Jefferson County is accepting proposals to develop airport-owned non-aviation land located on the corner of Jeffco Airport Avenue and Wadsworth Blvd. (State Hwy 121) in Broomfield, Colorado, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in these documents. The site consists of three lots with the following square footage: Lot 1 – 185,567 sq. ft., 4.26 acres Lot 2 – 87,133 sq. ft., 2.00 acres Lot 3 – 378,881 sq. ft., 8.70 acres. Each Offeror must submit a proposal for all three lots.
