DESCRIPTION:
The purpose of this solicitation is to purchase Consultant services for the study of Jefferson County's current broadband capacity and a plan to expand services to businesses and residents withi in the scope of services in the Solicitation Package.

SUBMISSIONS & OPENING
The Countyy will only accept offers through the Rocky Mountain e-Procurement Systen Platform.  No paper or late Proposals will be accepted.

PRE-SOLICITATION CONFERENCE
There will not be a pre-solicitation conference for this solicitation.

QUESTION DEADLINE
The deadline for questions is stated in the Solicitation Schedule. All responses by the County to questions submitted prior to the deadline will be made within the RMEPS Platform.

ADDENDA/REVISIONS/QUESTION & ANSWERS
Participants are required to review all revisions to the Solicitation Package and all published Addenda before submitting an offer.  Make sure that the latest version of documents have been reviewed as well as all public announcements.
