Summary of Specifications:
The County is accepting bids from general contractors for improvements to the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport (RMMA). 

The work involved will include the following: Schedule I - Runway 11L/29R Rehabilitation; Schedule II - Construct Paved Shoulders on Runway 11L/29R; Schedule III - Replace/Update Existing Airfield Signage. 

The approximate quantities of major bid items involved in the proposed work are: Asphalt Pavement Removal (Partial) - 144,000 SY; Unclassified Excavation - 29,000 CY; Subbase Course - 23,125 CY; Bituminous Surface Course - 25,800 TON; Modified Bituminous Material (PG 76-28) - 1,800 TON; Plant Mix Asphalt Pavements - 9,700 TON; Crack Repair - 30,000 LF; Thermoplastic Pavement Markings - 52 EA; Install 6-Inch Perforated Polyethylene Pipe Underdrain - 13,410 LF. Construction for this project, with all schedules awarded, is expected to take 90 calendar day(s).
