Summary of Specifications:
The La Plata County (LPC) Public Works Department is seeking a qualified consultant to develop a groundwater assessment and monitoring plan for the Bayfield Landfill 4496 County Road 223, Bayfield, Colorado for submittal and approval by LPC and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). The purpose of the project is to provide a groundwater assessment and monitoring plan for this landfill. All work shall be performed under the direction of a Licensed Professional Engineer, registered in the State of Colorado.
