Summary of Specifications:
The La Plata County (LPC) Public Works Department is seeking a qualified professional to develop a Leachate Remediation Plan for the closed Bayfield Landfill for submittal and approval by the County and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). The completed plan shall be designed consistent with the applicable CDPHE Hazardous Materials and Waste Management Division Regulations Pertaining to Solid Waste Sites and Facilities, 6 C.C.R. 1007-2, Part 1, including but not limited to § 2.2 and Appendix B and federal requirements in 40 CFR Part 258.
