Summary of Specifications:
The La Plata County (County) is requesting sealed bids for the crushing of various classes of aggregate base course and the production of aggregate chips. County reserves the right to consider the haul cost from the Undesignated Pit location to each project location when evaluating and awarding the bid. County reserves the right to make minor adjustments in quantities awarded if necessary to meet budgetary constraints. County reserves the right to separate the gravel crushing work to more than one contractor.
