Summary of Specifications:
The La Plata County Colorado is requesting sealed bids for the crushing of various classes of aggregate base course. The two named pits are owned or leased by La Plata County and the production in these pits will be approximately 22,000 tons each. The operators will mobilize into these pits for crushing. The undesignated pits are to be owned or leased by the bidder and the location shall be designated on the bid form. The County will determine haul cost from the undesignated pits to each road maintenance project location. The total production in the undesignated pits is approximately 39,000 tons.
