Summary of Specifications:
La Plata County Palo Verde Public Improvement District #3 will accept sealed bids for the Construction of Waterline consisting of approximately 3650 lineal feet of 8- inch line. The Palo Verde Waterline Extension project will extend the City of Durango’s (COD) water services to seventeen lots in the Palo Verde subdivision located on the east side of the Three Springs annexation. The Board of County Commissioners of La Plata County (BoCC) services as the ex officio Board of Directors of the District.
