Summary of Specifications:
The project shall commence by July 7, 2014 and shall be substantially complete by September 5, 2014. Contract time is estimated at 60 calendar days from the commencement date.

The work scope for this Project shall include the following items (quantities are approximate, refer to the bid schedule for actual bid quantities):

1. Clearing and Grubbing of construction areas. 2. Construction of paved turn lanes. 3. Culvert installation. 4. Construction Surveying. 5. Traffic control 6. Erosion Control 7. Sign installation. 8. Rip-rap installation. 9. Pavement striping. 10. Seeding and Mulching. 11. Clean-up, backfilling, re-grading, restoring, and re-vegetating all disturbed areas prior to de-mobilization.
