RFP-13-051-2203 - Courthouse HVAC Test and Balance

Summary of Specifications:
La Plata County Colorado is seeking a qualified provider capable of providing Test & Balance services to the County for the La Plata County Courthouse. The successful vendor will perform the necessary site investigation to determine existing conditions and establish a set of redline “as-built” documents which shall then be utilized to perform T&B activities. Returning the building to the original design will prove difficult due to the number of changes in equipment and building footprint. The end product will take the existing conditions and maximize operational efficiency based on the existing building and equipment for improved occupant comfort, fresh air circulation, and energy efficiency.
