Summary of Specifications:
La Plata County, Colorado is seeking proposals for parking lot asphalt maintenance project for the parking lots and alley at the Sheriff’s Office and the Fairgrounds. The project includes an add alternate of re-striping the lots after the seal coating. Parking lots are to be crack sealed and seal coated. At a minimum all cracks ¼” wide will be filled with a crack seal prior to seal coating. The entire surfaces will be seal coated. Both facilites are in Durango, Colorado.
