IFB-12-008-2203 - Demolition of Buildings and Construction of Parking Lots

Summary of Specifications:
La Plata County acquired four properties on east Second Avenue Durango, Colorado. La Plata County is seeking a qualified contractor to complete the work covered by these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to completely demolish and remove from the premises the buildings and construct new parking lots. Most of the buildings have some asbestos. The contractor will be responsible for the activities in those areas identified as containing hazardous material. The Contractor shall construct parking lots in accordance with drawing and specifications.
