Summary of Specifications:
This request for proposals is for a system that utilizes a universal repository for a legislative processes management solution that can grant users across the enterprise instant access to the information they need to complete their jobs quickly and efficiently and in collaboration with others both inside and outside of the organization. The system must automate a comprehensive agenda preparation process, meeting management, minutes preparation, document publication to web-based outlets, and either utilize new or existing systems for live broadcast and recorded broadcasts (audio, with potential to add optional video at a later date).
