Summary of Specifications:
The County is seeking qualified bidders to deliver the Employment First Program. The La Plata County Department of Human Services (County) is the agency responsible for administration of Food Stamps and therefore receives federal Food Stamps Employment and Training (FSE&T)/Employment First (EF) funds which must be used to provide those services to Food Stamp recipients as required by federal regulations. Employment First is a federally mandated program that increases employment for food stamp participants through support, referrals, accountability, and community work.
