Summary of Specifications:
La Plata County is seeking a contractor to provide advocacy services to Temporary Aid to Needy Family (TANF) clients for the Department of Human Services beginning July 1, 2012. Provide intensive services to all participants referred by the Department of Human Services. Assure coordinated case management with TANF Resource Advisors for TANF participants to meet the work requirements as outlined in the Individual Responsibility Contract. Work with families that are applying for or receiving Colorado Works basic cash assistance, providing encouragement, resources, and support.
