Summary of Specifications:
Notice is hereby given that La Plata County will accept sealed proposals for a Feasibility Study and Conceptual Land Use Plan, specifically a qualified professional, consultant, or consulting team to provide services for a feasibility study and conceptual land use Plan for a 558 acre +/- parcel of land near Durango Colorado. The County and the Owner have expressed a joint vision for the future development of the Property that includes commercial, industrial, light industrial, flex, and potentially public/institutional uses as part of a strategic long-term plan to fill a needs gap in this area of the County and provide future economic commercial growth opportunities close to and/or within the City of Durango. The proposed Plan should result in an economically viable and sustainable development within the current and future market conditions.
