RFP-12-023-2202 - Food Supplier

Summary of Specifications:
La Plata County Procurement Division (the County) supplies food for all meals served at the La Plata County Detention Center and the lunch menu five days per week at the Senior Center. The County desires to contract with one vendor for food and related items on a cost plus percentage basis or other basis that is measurable and auditable. Our goal is to secure competitive pricing and responsive service while minimizing operating costs associated with conducting weekly bids for both the County and vendors. A multiple source award may be made when award to two or more vendors is necessary for adequate delivery, service, or product compatibility.
