IFB-12-047-4200 - Guardrail Repairs and Replacement

Summary of Specifications:
The La Plata County Engineering Division is requesting construction bids from qualified contractors for the Guardrail repairs and replacements. The project shall commence by July 1, 2012and should be substantially complete by August 31, 2012. The work scope for this Project shall include the following items (quantities are approximate, refer to the bid schedule for actual bid quantities): 1. Remove and install 2000 feet of new guardrail and end sections on CR 141. 2. Repair of rail and various end sections, rail, and posts on CR 141 and 234. 3. Traffic Control. The location of the majority of the guardrail work is on County Road 141.
