Summary of Specifications:
La Plata County is seeking the services of a commissary to provide services to inmates at the La Plata County Detention Facility. The Sheriff’s Office operates a 293-bed detention facility located in Durango, Colorado. Over the last two years the inmate population has averaged 148 per day. The Sheriff wishes to provide inmates access to commissary goods through its detention’s administrative staff. In addition, the Sheriff wished to consider services necessary to receive funds for inmate trust accounts, such as by telephone, kiosk, cash agent and internet for commissary, medical expenses and bonding. Your company must have been in this industry for a minimum of five years.
