17-023-3215 - Remodel Road and Bridge Facility

Renovation of the La Plata County Road & Bridge Department Maintenance Facility and Cold Storage buildings. Maintenance Building: Infill front entry canopy to create 320 sq. ft. of additional office space. Relocate main entrance from south side to west side. Remodel approximately 320 sq. ft. of office space as indicated. Cold Storage Building: Add second story to the entire north section of the building of approximately 1,600 sq. ft. New space to include new interior and exterior stairs, break room, (3) offices, and computer room.
