RFP-11-014-4200 - Right of Way Agent CDOT Qualified

Summary of Specifications:
La Plata County is seeking a Colorado Department of Transportation qualified firm or individual to provide consulting services for Right-of-Way Acquisition. The immediate need is related to the Oxford intersection safety improvement project at SH 172, CR 513 and CR 311. The County will enter into an agreement to provide services for the immediate need and for the consultant to remain on call for additional services. The County reserves the right to bid any new project, regardless of the project cost for services when it is deemed in the best interest of the County. Each new project will require the Consultant and the County execute a written service order. A written service order shall include items such as special requirements, site conditions, scope of services, cost estimates.
