Summary of Specifications:
La Plata County will accept sealed bids for two (2) Roof Replacements; one full replacement at the Senior Center and one partial replacement at the Courthouse in Durango, Colorado. A bidder shall be currently licensed and certified by the specified manufacturers, shall have at least five years experience in installing specified EPDM roofing membrane/systems and shall have at least five years in the roofing business. Both of these buildings will be occupied during the reconstruction process.
