Summary of Specifications:
La Plata County will accept sealed bids for a County Official’s printing; specifically tax notices for the Treasurer’s Office. This is the annual notice for taxes due on personal, business and real properties and includes the form, variable data printing and mailing. Property taxation is an important statutory function of the County. The County currently uses Tyler Technologies, Inc. Eagle Systems for the data collection and automation of information. The quality and exact layout of the printed materials being used is critical to the process.
