Summary of Specifications:
La Plata County is seeking bids for a County Official’s printing; specifically tax related materials for the Assessor’s Office. Property value assessments are an important statutory requirement of the County. The County currently uses Eagle Computer Systems, a Tyler Technologies company, (Eagle Systems) for the data collection and automation of information. Tax Related Document Printing including but not limited to tax notice inserts, Declaration Schedules Forms and Instructions, Notice of Valuations, and Senior Exempt Notice. This project included graphic design services for forms, variable data printing and mailing services. The project is complex.
