Summary of Specifications:
La Plata County is seeking bids for the supply of dust palliative to our District Shops as well as the supply and application of dust palliative to County Roads. Three year average for MgCl delivered and applied by the contractor was 439,000 gallons and delivered only 608,000 gallons. As such we are bidding the product in two forms, applied to the county road and delivered to a County Road Maintenance Shop only. At this time we are estimating 2011 quantities at 896,257, (see spread sheets).
