RFP-15-018-2301 - Unemployment Claims Management Services

Summary of Specifications:
La Plata County Human Resources (County) will utilize the services of the contractor to administer and manage the Unemployment Claims filed by County employees and to provide counseling and advisement to the County and to represent the County at all administrative hearings involving such claims. The selected vendor will also provide detailed reporting to assist the County in identifying unemployment metrics, issues and areas of opportunity, and provide the County with training in order to mitigate unemployment liability.
