Summary of Specifications:
The scope of this proposal is to select a provider and establish rates for long distance telecommunications; intrastate, interstate and international.

The District has recently switched over to an IP based phone system, which has centralized the outside lines from Qwest Communications. We currently have approximately 200 analog trunks and 9 digital PRI trunks. The IP based system was manufactured by ShoreTel.
