Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of this bid to establish the terms, conditions and prices for Paper Towels - Toilet Tissue - Paper Towel Dispensers to Be Supplied and Installed, on an open-end annual contract basis, all in accordance with the attached documents. This request for bid contains the instructions governing the removal, supplying and installation of replacement paper towel dispensers, bids to be submitted and the material to be included therein, mandatory requirements that must be met to be eligible for consideration and other requirements to be met by each bid. Services shall include labor, materials, tools, special tools and equipment, transportation, travel costs and subcontractor coordination as required completing work with the total project responsibility subject to the Owner’s inspection.
