Summary of Specifications:
The scope of this proposal is to procure laser printers and related equipment that directly connects to or is installed in printers to expand the function of the printer, such as, but not limited to, network controlling/monitoring devices, scanners, fax, additional paper trays, memory, duplexing units, and finishing units. This is a requirements contract to provide a ready source for the procurement of specific “network ready” printer hardware, software, related services, warranty and miscellaneous components as required by the proposal.
