14-RFP-2001 - Printer Hardware, Software and Services

Summary of Specifications:
The scope of this proposal is to procure laser printers, printer software and related equipment that directly connects to or is installed in printers to expand the function of the printer, such as, but not limited to, network controlling/monitoring devices, scanners, fax, additional paper trays, memory, duplexing units, wireless network cards, and finishing units. This is a requirements contract to provide a ready source for the procurement of specific “network ready” printer hardware, software, related services, warranty and miscellaneous components as required by the proposal. 

The related services should include assisting the District in planning, implementing, and maintaining the hardware and software. These services include, but are not limited to: web-based product selection for purchasing, systems management, installation, disposal & recycling, hardware and software training & support.
