09-RFP-2002 - Student Accident Insurance

Summary of Specifications:
This proposal and subsequent contract will allow for parents and/or guardians of a District student(s) to purchase additional and/or optional insurance for the following areas: dental, life and accidental dismemberment, sports coverage, or twenty-four hour coverage during the school year. 

Historically this program has been voluntary and is distributed to each student at the beginning of the year during registration so the parent(s)/guardian(s) can have easy access to the paperwork. In addition, the purchase of such insurance is paid for by their parent(s)/guardian(s).
