PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING
This meeting will help familiarize proposers with the scope of work and gives the vendors the opportunity to ask clarifying questions. The meeting will be held Wednesday, March 22 at 12:30 p.m. at 200 W. Oak Street, in the “Lake Loveland Conference Room” (located on the second floor) Fort Collins, CO 80521.
Remote access to the meeting (GoToMeeting) will be available to vendors who pre-register to attend the meeting remotely no later than March 20,2017 at 2:00 p.m. MST. Vendors must pre-register for the meeting at the following: https://goo.gl/forms/38zqR4AFaQl8h9wp1
Vendors are requested (not required) to attend and participate in the meeting. Vendors should read the entire RFP document prior to meeting.
