Description

The work consists of realigning the frontage roads on both the north and south side of State Highway 14 at Greenfields Court, Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado. This is the first full movement signalized intersection on SH 14 west of I-25. Additionally, the work will construct a missing connection on the south west frontage road. The work consists of asphalt removal, extending an existing concrete box culvert, earthwork and regrading, removal and resetting of structures, installation of curb and gutter and stormwater structures, and asphalt paving. Additionally, the lowering of an ELCO waterline may be part of the project pending the review and approval of bid costs by ELCO.

PRE-BID MEETING

This pre-bid meeting will help familiarize vendors with the scope of work and gives the vendors the opportunity to ask clarifying questions. The meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 5, 2017 in the Lake Estes Conference Room at 200 W. Oak Street, 3rd Floor, Fort Collins, Colorado. Representatives of Larimer County will be present to discuss the project and to answer questions. Vendors are requested (not required) to attend and participate in the meeting. Vendors should read the entire bid document prior to the meeting.
