The work will include all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials to construct approximately 1,300 lineal feet of 8” sanitary sewer main in the Wonderview Condominiums Site in Estes Park, CO. In addition, the project includes a temporary sewer main by-pass; removal and replacement of an existing manhole; seven (7) new manholes, connection of 15 existing sewer services, and road repair in the disturbed area.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Friday, April 13, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. local standard time at the Wonderview Condominium Site. Representatives of Larimer County and Landmark Engineering will be present to discuss the project and to answer questions. Bidders are requested (not required) to attend and participate in the meeting. No other meeting will be conducted.

From the HWY 34/HWY 36 junction in Estes Park travel West on US-36, Turn Right onto High Drive, turn right onto Laurel Lane, stay on Laurel Lane, destination will be straight ahead
