Following submission directions detailed starting on page one (1) of this solicitation, submit your non-redacted proposal addressing each of the items under 14. PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENT in the order as outlined. As time is of the essence, brevity is appreciated, all SUBMITTALS should be no more than 60 pages, with no significant font less than 10pt; all items listed below are to be included in the page count. Proposers should provide only the information requested, and present it in a clear, concise manner. Incomplete proposals or proposals that do not address each of the following items in the order as outlined below may be rejected.
NOTE: All parts of the proposal should be combined and submitted as one (1) single .pdf file; proposals comprised of multiple separate files are not acceptable and may be rejected.
Proposers are encouraged, but not required, to provide one (1) redacted .pdf proposal, excluding any information that is not subject to disclosure under the Colorado Open Records Act (“CORA”), see page 2 for additional information. If we do not receive a redacted copy, the proposer’s original copy will be used to satisfy public records requests.
