Additional Bidding Instructions

The proposal submittal requirements are:

Vendors need to upload a maximum of two (2) files to Bidnet:
- File #1 - The completed pdf version of 14. PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS AND the pdf version of Attachment A - Final Fiscal Packet 2023-2025 OOA RFP; combined and uploaded as one (1) single .pdf file.
- File #2 - The completed Excel file version of Attachment A - Final Fiscal Packet 2023-2025.

Proposers are encouraged, but not required, to provide one (1) redacted .pdf proposal, excluding any information that is not subject to disclosure under the Colorado Open Records Act (“CORA”), see page 2 of the RFP for additional information. If you do choose to submit a redacted version of your proposal, then you will be uploading three (3) files into Bidnet. If we do not receive a redacted copy, the proposer’s original copy will be used to satisfy public records requests.
