The County periodically requires the services of a Consultant to complete studies or projects. These services are for various County projects including, but not limited to, bridges, structures, facilities, roadways, floodplain/floodway analyses, stormwater drainage, parks, open spaces, landfill, and site improvements at various County facilities

Additional Bidding Instructions

Proposals should be a maximum of 30 pages with no significant font less than 10 pt, and address all items listed below. All parts of the proposal shall be combined and submitted as one (1) single .pdf file; proposals comprised of multiple separate files or not as directed herein are not acceptable and may be rejected.

Proposers are encouraged, but not required, to provide one (1) redacted .pdf proposal, excluding any information that is not subject to disclosure under the Colorado Open Records Act (“CORA”), see page 2 of this RFP for additional information. If you do choose to submit a redacted version of your proposal, then you will be uploading two (2) files into Bidnet. If we do not receive a redacted copy, the proposer’s original copy will be used to satisfy public records requests.

Incomplete proposals, proposals that do not adhere to the page maximum, or proposals that do not address each of the following items in the order as outlined below may be rejected.
