Note: You will be required to attach one (1) file for the confidential proposal AND one (1) file for the redacted proposal; these may be the same file if you choose not to provide a redacted proposal.

Your confidential proposal is to be no more than 50 pages maximum limit (the four (4) Excel attachments are not included in the page count), with no significant font less than 10pt. Proposers are to provide only the information requested, and present it in a clear, concise manner. Incomplete proposals, proposals that do not adhere to the page maximum, or proposals that do not address each of the following items in the order as outlined below may be rejected.
