The Board of Larimer County Commissioners will only be accepting Bids electronically submitted via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (Bidnet Direct) portal, at
https://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado/larimer-county/, up to 2:00 P.M. (MT), on Thursday, March 31, 2022, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Larimer County Fleet Services is considering bids to enter into a contract for the removal and disposal of the existing above-ground storage tank (AST) system and installation of a new AST system at the Larimer County Stove Prairie Road and Bridge (RAB) Shop located at 17290 Rist Canyon Rd, Bellvue, CO 80512.
The works consists of,
- Providing all equipment, materials, and labor as may be required for the removal and disposal of the existing AST system.
- Providing an approximately 500-gallon temporary diesel fuel storage tank and dispenser to fuel onsite vehicles until new system is operational (Contractor not responsible for providing fuel).
- Providing all equipment and labor as may be required for the complete installation of the new AST system,except for the above ground storage tank. The County will provide a newly purchased 3,000-gallon dualcompartmentUL2085 AST (Contractor responsible for coordinating delivery with tank supplier).
- Providing all equipment, materials, and labor as may be required to install a new 500-gallon DEF AST and dispensing system.
