  1. Add wall and door to north facing hallway (entry height up to drop ceiling 14’ 2.75” | width 7’)
    1. Option 1: Aluminum and glass (to look like office on garden level)
    2. Option 2: Drywall both sides of new walls
      1. Insulation for sound proofing
      2. Paint (Legacy to supply paint)
    3. Interior Fire Door (Legacy will supply lockset)
    4. Cove base trim to match existing if needed
  2. Enclose overlook with wall (balcony height 14’ 2.75” | width 3’ 2.25”)
    1. Paint (Legacy to supply paint)
    2. Drywall both sides of new walls
    3. Insulation for sound proofing
  3. Other Work
    1. Add or rework existing lighting and any outlets needed
    2. Data/Low volt work if needed
    3. Check for suppression and alarm needs
    4. Check with fire for suppression and egress needs
2. Clean Up
Completion should match the existing school (trim work, paint, etc.)
