RFP# 24-02 - CM/GC for Converting a Manufacturing Plant into a CTE Facility

Remodeling of a former Manufacturing plant to create Phase 1 of a CTE Facility. The targeted budget is $4,500,000. The total building is 24,704 sf and may be broken into Phases as determined by budget availability.  The Architect on the project is Hollis and Miller.
The CM/GC services during the preconstruction phase shall include, but are not limited to, cost estimating, value engineering, cash flow projections, scheduling, logistical planning, constructability analysis, bid package administration, bidding of trade contracts, and the submission of a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) proposal for the construction work.
The CM/GC services during the construction phase shall include, but are not limited to, construction management, administration, field supervision, coordinating subcontractors, developing and implementing a rigorous safety and quality control program, schedule management, cost management, systems commissioning, and providing the general conditions work for the Project
