Electronic copies of the candidates’ written qualifications and staff hourly rate proposals shall be submitted via BidNet, referencing the RFQ/P #: 11-20-1, and must be received on December 1, 2020 BY 2:00PM.
Proposals shall be provided in a PDF format, bookmarked by section in the format provided in Exhibit B - Format for RFQ/P Response:
Any attempt to directly contact and influence any member of the Selection Committee, Board member or other senior management associated with this project after receipt of this RFQ/P and prior to the selection decision will be grounds for disqualification.
