9-20-2 - ITB Districtwide AV Upgrades

Littleton Public Schools, Arapahoe County School District #6 (the District), is issuing this Invitation to Bid for the 2018 Bond Program, for BP-13 District Wide AV Projects. Projects scheduled for completion by January 31, 2021 include: Acoma, Centennial, Euclid, and Field, the schedule for remaining district locations is in development. It is the intent of the District to contract this scope of work via a General Contractor, per the Terms & Conditions of the attached Agreement, General Conditions and Supplementary General Conditions of the Contract, however subcontractors that can complete the entire scope of services associated with this Invitation to Bid are also encouraged to bid. The selected contractor is responsible for solicitation and contracting of all subcontractors for this scope of work, including, but not limited to the below list of AV Integrators with experience installing Extron PoleVault Systems: Pre-Qualified AV Integrators: · Xcite AudioVisuals, LLC · Peak Audio Visual LLC, dba CCS Presentation Systems · System Technologies, Inc., LLC · Logic Integration, Inc · Digital System Integration · Videolink, Inc · Advanced Network Management, Inc Each bid must be submitted via BidNet, referencing the name of the firm submitting the bid, its mailing address and the LPS bid number. The District will receive sealed bids until the date and time indicated on the bid cover. Bids must be electronically submitted via BidNet, where they will be opened at the stated time. Each Bidder is responsible for getting his or her bid submitted on time. Bids received after the date and time of the bid opening will not be reviewed. No Hard Copy, oral, telegraphic facsimile, telephone bids or modifications will be accepted.
