The Loveland, CO Housing Authority (LHA) has retained Berry Dunn McNeil & Parker, LLC (BerryDunn) to assist with an assessment of the current environment to determine if efficiencies may be obtained with different systems. LHA currently uses MRI’s HMS solution for accounting, housing, and voucher management, Ring Central (instant messaging) and MRI HMS for work order management, Asana for capital project tracking and procurement, Grant Management Systems (GMS) for grant management, and Harper’s HR for time and attendance.
LHA supports multiple programs including HCV (Housing Choice Vouchers), LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credits), HUD Multi-Family, TCEP (Tax Credit Exchange Program), USRD (USDA Rural Development), HOME (HUD HOME Investment Partnerships Program), CDBG (Community Development Block Grant), HTF (HUD Housing Trust Fund), HDG (Housing Development Grant), Aspire, LAHIP (Larimer Home Improvement Program), and senior programs. Additional information about LHA’s programs can be found at LHA’s website - lovelandhousing.org.
LHA also performs accounting services and processes payroll for the Estes Park Housing Authority. LHA is not a moving to work agency. LHA is issuing this RFI to acquire information related to high/low 10-year investment (cost) estimates, estimated implementation timelines, estimated staff effort, and to assist with reviewing vendor capabilities and solutions currently available in the marketplace.
As part of this phase of the project, we are contacting the vendor community to understand vendor(s) recommended modules and the related timeline and cost with implementing a new system(s). Information collected from this RFI will inform LHA’s future planning process.
