The purpose of this RFQ/P is to solicit a qualified firm interested in providing Building Commissioning Services for the construction and support of a new K-8 community School.

Mapleton Public Schools owns and operates Meadow Community School. The building, originally designed and constructed in 1961, has neared the end of its useful life.

The property is currently owned by Mapleton Public Schools and is located in Thornton, Co. MPS has elected to build the new Meadow School building on the existing 7-acre site rather than relocate.
