The purpose of this RFQ/P is to obtain qualifications and a pricing structure from qualified firms interested in providing Construction Observation and Materials Testing (COMT) services to the Mapleton School District for construction of the new Meadow Community School. Construction documents are scheduled to be complete in October 2023, and construction is scheduled to start in January 2024. The building is scheduled to be complete during the spring of 2025, and welcoming staff and students for the fall 2025 school year.
